Pork knuckle of wild boar roasted in beer / Old Polish potato bundt / sauerkraut fried using mushrooms
And to that a mug of cold beer !
And why “sauerkraut fried using mushrooms” and not “with mushrooms”? Our Chef does not use flour to prepare roux, but rather thick mushroom broth. Such a seemingly small change, but the taste… extraordinary!
