80-Day Matured Steaks

Everything starts with fresh, top quality meat that goes into a special maturing cabinet where the right temperature and humidity are maintained throughout the whole maturing process. You have to wait as long as 80 days for the result. After this time, the meat acquires proper structure and exceptional tenderness, as well as amazing aroma.

Then the real action begins. Live fire, on which our steaks are prepared, is one of the key factors that create the unique taste of meat. Our Head Chef Łukasz Szymon Gamoń decided to use charcoal-fired oven. This smell and aroma cannot be duplicated!
