We present the menu for the degustation dinner, to which our Head Chef Łukasz Szymon Gamoń and five Chefs – whose profiles we will present you in the coming days – invite you.
The dinner is scheduled for 6 p.m. and the service is planned until 10 p.m.
The menu has been composed in such a way as to surprise with flavor combinations and ingredients selection. All dishes are inspired by medieval Polish cuisine straight from the court srooms and surrounded by a touch of mystery – as it is our Chef’s custom.
We guarantee an unforgettable culinary experience in the amazing atmosphere of the historic building of Spichlerz.
