The green is coming to life – and so is our herb garden – news, changes, freshness and more amazing culinary experiences are coming!

At the beginning of April we will present you our fresh spring-summer menu, which will delight you with an innovative approach to medieval Polish cuisine and an abundance of interesting, best quality products.

Our Head Chef Łukasz Szymon Gamoń will make sure that you will be happy to continue your culinary journey with us within the walls of Spichlerz.

This weekend, on March 26th-27th, another unusual event will take place within the walls of Spichlerz Gliwice. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a degustation menu prepared by our Sous-Chefs – Adrian Halusiak and Szymon Grzenia. Their dishes will also introduce you to the flavours and directions of our new menu.

Each of them has prepared an extremely creative, unique set of dishes, in which you will find distinct flavors, the best ingredients and of course a hint of medieval cuisine.

Chef Adrian Halusiak invites you to:

Smoked duck breast / beet / mustard / granary cheese

Main course:
Ossobuco / leek / carrot / potato fondant / demi glace

White chocolate mousse / pear / baked chocolate

Chef Szymon Grzenia will prepare for you:

Shrimp tartare / tomato concase / chive oil / baguette

Main course:
Mietus / broad bean croquette / Brussels sprouts / butter sauce with caviar

Cigarillo cake (made from same ammount of butter, sugar and flour) / cheesecake cream / roasted meringue / fruit
